Once submitted call and make sure they received your application (please wait 2 weeks to check). First Baptist Church of Lillian - This is the church where our ministry used to meet. They have so much to offer! They are ex-offender friendly, and offer Kairos. They participate in Thanksgiving in the homesteads and Rescue Alvarado. This church is very mission minded.
New Beginnings Mansfield - A very welcoming church. They are very non-judgmental and one of their associate pastors is an ex-offender that is a part of our ministry. You can't go into this church without everyone saying hi, shaking your hand and letting you know they are so glad you are there.
TIFA - Texas inmate family association. If you have a loved one that is incarcerated and need support, someone to help you find out all of the proper procedures, find out how to handle issues that they are having, TIFA is your loved ones advocate. You can become a member of your local chapter and meet many who have walked your path before. Their mission is to break the cycle of crime by strengthening families through support, education, and advocacy. TIFA also provides parole workshops as well as online resources for their members.
First Baptist Church of Venus - We have been so blessed to be able to partner with the wonderful people from First Baptist Venus. Every Sunday they take our children for our Sunday services. They are welcoming and have embraced our ministry and we are forever thankful for them.
Life on the Rock Prison Ministry - Life on the Rock is a prison ministry that goes into many units declaring the Good News. It was started by Charles and Nicole Fisher. Not only do they go into the prisons for services, they also do a Bridges to Life program on many units.
88.3 The Journey - Located in Keene, TX 88.3 the Journey has been a huge supporter of our ministry since they first started. Playing Christian contemporary music and allowing up to talk about our ministry on air has been such a blessing to us and we are eternally grateful for the opportunity. They are a non-profit organization that we hold dear to our hearts.
